Return To ShopTo ensure a successful return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, pristine condition.
Tags: All original UDAI tags and labels must remain securely attached.
Hygiene & Safety: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel (underwear/socks) or pierced jewellery unless they arrive faulty.
Exclusions: Gift cards and “Final Sale” items are non-returnable.
Note: Please ensure items are free from signs of wear, makeup stains, deodorant marks, or odours (smoke/perfume). Items failing to meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the sender.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strictly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as UDAI cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to our warehouse.
Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To secure a different size or colour, please follow the return process for your original item and place a new order on our website. This ensures the fastest turnaround and prevents your desired item from selling out.

Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with the correct return shipping address and a Return Reference Number.
Pack Securely: Place the items in their original packaging (where possible) to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship: Arrange your preferred tracked shipping method. Always keep your proof of postage receipt.
Review & Refund: Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5–7 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
