How does shipping work?
All UDAI orders are dispatched via secure, tracked delivery. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all UDAI tags still attached.
(Note: For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and pierced jewellery cannot be returned).

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your convenience, we can provide a prepaid Evri Drop-Off label and simply deduct the £3.29 cost from your final refund. Alternatively, you are welcome to use your own tracked shipping method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable
